Very Easy to Use

Taxes are scary to anyone. This made the process easy and stress free. I liked the way the questions were phrased. Very approachable....not like the questions were generated by a computer. It helped make my stress level drop!
What's great about it: Guides you through each section...easy answer questions
What's not so great: Some confusion about the payment voucher

I used Turbo Tax Deluxe for my friends and family and had a pretty good experience. Would recommenced to anyone, even to beginners!

Made last minute filing a breeze!

I have been using Turbo Tax for many years and love the user friendliness of the software. I feel highly confident every year that my returns will always be error free. I recall before using Turbo Tax that the IRS caught a few mistakes on my returns on a few occasions. This has never happened again since I have been using Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: Very user friendly and makes sure you get all your allowable deductions

Using Turbo Tax to complete and file 2015 returns was great! I was guided all the way with step-by-step instructions which were easy to follow.
What's great about it: Walked me through, step by step all the way.

Retired Acct Teaching Others on TurboTax!

I have done many, many taxes over the years as an accountant & I even stay on on things so I can continue to do them for myself & family as well as friends. I got to be so many over the years that I just began teaching them how to do their own taxes. Well as they weren't experts & weren't ever going to be TurboTax was the perfect answer! I could teach them through the basic walk through questions & show them what things meant so I knew they understood. Making it easier for them to gasp what they were doing. I have taught over 20 people & I know they have taught more all using TurboTax because of it's ease in walking you thru your taxes.
Then once you become more experienced if you want to skip things you can, making short work of your taxes & moving on to your days adventures. Taxes don't have to be like they use to be... an all day adventure of nail biting & number crunching. TurboTax can really help you make short work of them.

What's great about it: I've been doing taxes for over 30 some years & this is the best walk through accounting program out there.
What's not so great: If you take a path just to see if you want to try that erasing those steps & be troublesome.

I've used TurboTax for years. I have never been disappointed using TurboTax. I recommend it to all of my friends.
