I love TurboTax !!!

Overall...I have used TurboTax for over 15 years and have been completely satisfied
What's great about it: Explained in detail any questions that i may have had
What's not so great: Lower cost of product

If you have all your documents you can walk your way through your return easily.
What's great about it: Seems to cover everything you need to file
What's not so great: Repetitive going from one section to another. Must scroll through everything to get to next section

This is a great product that I've been using for many years. One issue I have is with the Review Process. It would be nice if when an error is found, it would take you directly to the form to make the correction instead of having me Open Forms, Find the Form, try to remember the Line the error was on, and then correct it.
What's great about it: Easy
What's not so great: Review Process - Errors don't bring you to the form to correct

Turbo Tax is very thorough and easy to use. I am confident my returns are filed through Turbo Tax with every question answered and all information provided.

Easier every year.

We have been using Turbo Tax for many years. Easy step by step use and information access. We had to amend a tax return once and was extremely simple. My children use Turbo Tax and have no problems on their own.
What's great about it: Transfers all information.
What's not so great: None at the moment.
Pros: I bought or sold investments

I have used TurboTax for several years now and wouldn't consider filing my taxes using any other method unless absolutely necessary.
What's great about it: Simple instructions; Easy to follow; Easy to use and file my taxes.
What's not so great: n/a
