Have used TurboTax for years

I first discovered TurboTax years ago and have been using ever since because of its ease of use. I also like that it saves previous returns and gathers information from them which saves a lot of time. It allows you to compare incomes/expenses with previous years which is a nice feature, too.
What's great about it: Easy to use

Good Stuff

In Michigan we pay sales tax that was not collected by out of state or online sellers with our MI1040. The IRS says you can deduct state income tax or state sales tax but not both.
This trips me up each year. When TurboTax asks if I made a payment with my state return - yes I did. BUT it was not for income tax - it was for sales tax. Please add a note to this question as a reminder.
Overall - thanks for a good product.
What's great about it: Pretty easy to use
What's not so great: Some questions are a little vague
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Turbo Tax Rocks

I have used Turbo Tax now for 11 or 12 years and continue to love it. With the history brought in each year it is so easy to complete and review. Guides you through all the steps to complete the return and you can feel confident of the accuracy when you complete the return. Also, very easy to e-file and that is the way to go with this. State taxes are also very easy to do so I absolutely love it.
What's great about it: Ease of use
What's not so great: Nothing that I can think of.

Great Product - Insulting TV Commercials

Went thru everything very well and was intuitive. Don't have to worry about finding the proper forms and I really like filing with the e-file function.
What's great about it: Easy and straight forward
What's not so great: Only con is having to file in the first place

Easiest Way To Do My Taxes

Generally, I find Turbo Tax fairly easy to use. I have been using for about 10 years now. Had only one bad year, I think in 2012, where I had to go online and seek help. Keep up the good work.
What's great about it: Questions and prompts are very good.
What's not so great: Trouble trying to figure out how to print my return before filing.
