No Florida state return, why keep asking to file?

I love the Turbo Tax product. Its quick, easy and reliable. I love that it walks me through and helps me with easy links to help with questions. Its nice I can efile, save all documents and everything is explained every step of the way.
What's great about it: Easy to Use

Overall 5 out of 5 stars, I highly recommend Turbo tax!
What's great about it: Walks you through each step
What's not so great: There can be a lot to chose from (options), It can get overwhelming.

Saving your sanity and MONEY!

I have done my TAXES for many years, using the forms, (PAPER). After reading the instruction manual (from IRS) then trying to locate all the forms you have to have or pay to have it done. There is no comparison to using this product. It's easy, you save time and all your detail is there. I use the deluxe, since I don't have a business and only have had W'2s. For the regular person just with W2's, not a big gambler, large sums of sold stock or large sums of property, this is YOUR PRODUCT (DELUXE). I have not used PREMIER or HOME & BUSINESS products. Check the track records of other TAX Prep's, you'll be with us TURBOTAX users! GOOD LUCK.
What's great about it: Having all the details you need.
What's not so great: NONE!

Gets easier every year

Would be nice if a 1 click save would save the tax file and a pdf.
I use the tax file for next years transfer and the pdf all year long when I need it.

The step by step process, helpful hints, explanations, etc. make preparing taxes less intimidating.
