It's Getting Easier!

Have been using TurboTax for years, gets easier every year.
What's great about it: Nice flow, very intuitive. No anxieties.
What's not so great: Clicking Back went to beginning to section, now just the last page.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

Easy to Use

Brought last year's data to this year, led me through the entire process, easy to make corrections of entries I made, and have confidence in the software package.
What's great about it: Great detail and ease of preparation.
What's not so great: None
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I have used Turbo Tax for 15 years or so now and don't even consider any other tax software to get the job done.
What's great about it: Ease of Use, Accuracy and E-Filing

Quick, helpful, easy

I have been using Intuit's tax programs since my Apple IIe days, and I have found it easy to use; helpful, providing explanations and directions only when necessary; and accurate.
What's great about it: Like the title says, the program is easy to do, helpful, and faster than driving to the accountant.
What's not so great: If you have to leave the program's guided path, to print a worksheet, for example, it can be cumbersome and confusing.

What's not so great: I did get a little confused with wife's 1099MISC
