Turbo Tax is the Best

Turbo Tax is the easiest and safest way to complete and file tax returns whether you are a pro or a novice tax return preparer.
What's great about it: Easy of completing returns
What's not so great: Some of the "Learn More" pop-ups were confusing

Ease of preparation

I would recommend Turbo Tax to anyone because anyone can use it. It is that simple to use.
What's great about it: It is quick and easy to follow. Just answer the questions and you are done.
What's not so great: Having to pay for the State Return

Why did I wait?

Wow, 1st timer, because I wasn't quite sure I could do it. I decided it was time to save money on a preparer and try it myself.
It was truly very easy. The questions that I had were answered by the pop up boxes and the only real problem I had was on state payments, but that was answered when I printed the return.
Should've waited for the final page.
Happy with this return system.

Turbo Tax User

I have been using Turbo Tax for about 10 years, or longer. The system is easy and guided through all one needs. Being able to populate fields from last year's return saves a lot of time. Great stuff!
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: None that I can find
Pros: I bought or sold investments, I moved

Perfect as always!

Since I started in 2007, I have only used TT and have no reason to change. It's a life changer for filers.
What's great about it: Easy, quick, accurate, UNMATCHED!
What's not so great: NONE!
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Simpliest program yet!

I have used this program for my personal taxes for years. I smile each time I use it because I know it's very complete, very user friendly and I can do my returns knowing I haven't missed important details because it prompts everything.
Intuit has done an incredible job in putting this together and always making it easy. Thank you!

TAX TIME

What's great about it: ALL GOOD
What's not so great: I DIDN'T LIKE HAVING TO PUT MY WIFE & I DRIVER LICENSE INFO FOR E-FILE.
