It says do not file on it, not final. The program does not tell me what the problem is. I will not use this program next year unless I can get the issue resolved. My Fed tax was electronically sent
What's great about it: I have used TTax deluxe for the past 10 years, no problem, easy to use
What's not so great: This year my state return will not print

Don't answer question I had. I was a little uneasy when it came time to submit tax. Had to use other tax service website to get answer to my problem
What's great about it: EASY TO USE
What's not so great: DON'T ANSWER SOME PROBLEM THAT CAME UP
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Turbo Tax does all the work. All you have to do is follow the numbers.
What's great about it: Makes sure you get all the deductions you have coming.

I have used Turbo Tax now for a great many years. Probably 15 or 20. It's always been VERY helpful in doing my taxes. I recommend Turbo Tax all the time to everyone I meet.
What's great about it: Easy to use, concise & well layed out
What's not so great: None really

So quick and easy, no stress

Wonderful, stressless and the peace of mind in knowing that I will not be audited because the program is so sophisticated that it runs a check all through the process. Nice to know that I have the confidence to do our taxes without having to pay a professional.
What's great about it: Guaranteed, no errors and the biggest refund.
