The walk through is great.

I will continue to use this great tax return preparation system.
What's great about it: So easy, you do not have to be an accountant. But it helps.
What's not so great: The download does not indicate that the process is complete.

Changes to input every year are a pain

Changes are made each year on how you do input and there seems to be no reason for the changes!
What's great about it: after figuring out input saves time
What's not so great: input screens change each year and are confusing

Easy as can be

Turbo Tax walks you through and points out and picks up things you hadn't thought of - Don't like paying AMT but having it figured automatically is pretty sweet
What's great about it: Picked up several things I would miss especially with interest and dividends

Lots of issues!

I have used Turbo Tax for the last 20 years. Usually without any problems until this year when I had problems either entering data or your software would not proceed as it should have. What ever you did to your software this year made for a longer and frustrating time. One point was trying to pay for Audit Defense. Your software would not allow me to register so finally to proceed I had to have you take a reduction from my refund. I am not happy about this as now you will charge more for a service that I shouldn't need IF your software would except my credit card payment (I have paid every year with my credit card.) I am not pleased!!!!
What's great about it: It took many tries but finally succeeded in filing Federal.
What's not so great: Software problems with endless d0-loops and finally trying to pay for Audit Defense was a headache.

Way Better than the Competition

I tried a different software last year because it was significantly lower in price, however, this year I am back (and sticking with) TurboTax. The other software was simply an online version of the tax forms with very little help or guidance at all. I spent way too many precious moments (I am a mother of four little ones) googling answers to sections of the tax forms that didn't even apply to our business/ tax situation. In a nutshell, I love the way TurboTax asks me questions and gives easy-to-understand explanations. My BIGGEST REQUEST (and the reason I cannot give it five stars) is to have TurboTax BUSINESS software be compatible with Mac computers. Currently, I have to borrow a laptop with Windows on it to do our business taxes and I can't link them to our personal taxes that I do on our laptop with the Deluxe version of TurboTax for Mac. PLEASE consider TurboTax Business for Mac!!!! Thank you!!
What's great about it: Asks simple questions and has simple explanations
What's not so great: Doesn't offer TurboTax Business for Mac Computers
