Easy to use program for first timer

Great program, very easy to follow in logical step by step process.
What's great about it: Very simple to follow steps and multiple review steps and check
What's not so great: Really didn't see any

Great way to do taxes!

I've been using TurboTax for years and it keeps getting better!
What's great about it: I dont need to be an account to do complex taxes
What's not so great: none
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved

Always use TurboTax for myself and my family. Seems to be easier and easier each year (and this has nothing to do with my expertise). With TurboTax who needs a flat tax? No one!
What's great about it: Easy
What's not so great: None

What's great about it: have choices to get help or do on my own / saves last yrs. info
What's not so great: not sure where file saved

Software continues to be easy and accurate

Been using Turbo Tax for 20 years. It has certainly come a long way. It is now easy enough for anyone to use. You don't need an accountant even if you have a fairly complex tax return.
But have to admit, I can't persuade some other seniors to use it.
