I have been using TurboTax for many years and this has been the best release ever. It was so easy I thought I had made a mistake and did it over just to make sure it was done correctly. And it had been!!!!!!!!
What's great about it: easy to understand and follow

Super easy to do my own taxes. The prompts are clear and well designed to guide me through the terminology and the process.
What's great about it: I can follow all prompts and easily file my taxes in about 90 minutes.
What's not so great: No cons.

2015 Taxes

I filed in NY for the first time this year and I had to go and search for codes that were available based on my address. I feel like TurboTax could build tables to allow look-ups within the software or allow the user to select so they don't have to go out and search separately. Also, feel like the instructions for multi-state taxes were a bit lacking.
Overall, still easy to use and I'll purchase again next year!
What's great about it: Easy to use, guides you through process
What's not so great: Missing look-ups for details needed for NY

When filing return if the form states it cannot be filed b/c form is not final then explain what is missing b/c I went through each section with the easy guide and filled out each section and it says I had no errors so why can't I print my state tax form to file.

Getting Refund Early!!

It was easy to use. I chose the step by step and answered all the questions since I was filing 1040 with many deductions. I'm retired and also work part-time. Glad to see how strict the IRS is now even when you are asking for a pin number for your e-filing tax returns.
Very thorough.
What's great about it: Easy to Use
