Making it easy

Took the long road just to ensure I covered everything... even with that it was a snap, as it has been for the last 12 years.
What's great about it: simply and fast
What's not so great: none I could find

I've never tried another tax prep software, so I cannot compare it to any other - but TurboTax has been so easy to use, not sure why I would ever try another one.

Turbo Tax makes it easy!

Used Turbo Tax for many years. Easier to use each year, all you have to do is let them post the questions and answer correctly and you're done. Easiest way to do your taxes.
What's great about it: Easy to use, guides you every step of the way.
What's not so great: Could give a little more help figuring how to enter gas or oil royalties

Quick and Easy

Turbo Tax was so helpful in filing taxes. Being a graduate, Turbo tax walked me through everything I needed. I wasn't confused, frustrated, or ready to quit at any point.
What's great about it: Short and to the point. Extremely helpful and user friendly!
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Love this product. I have been using it since 2011 and it is super easy to use. I will use it again next year!

A widow smiles

I am a new widow who had never done our taxes on Turbo Taxes before. TT made it easy and fast. I just had to tell TT that I was a widow and then it asked all the right questions.
The forms, once completed, were set up correctly for me to sign as the surviving spouse.
Thank you Turbo for making this widow smile!

Good Product but not upfront with all fees.

Product is user friendly, straight forward, easy to navigate and comprehensive. You can walk through each step or navigate the sections on your own if you prefer. I didn't realize that state returns are a different and more expensive product. Still, it was cheaper than my last tax preparer by far. Next year will be easier because I won't have to input all of the personal data.
What's great about it: User friendly, thorough
What's not so great: State filings and state e-filing are extra fees
