Can't believe it was so easy!

I was super anxious about doing my own taxes but I felt I needed to try something different. I wasn't sure I was getting what I should be from my CPA. For a fraction of the cost of a CPA, I was able to file my own taxes! It didn't take any more time than it takes to drive to my CPA's, wait and then wait some more. Knowing that I can do my own taxes and do them right is such a weight off my shoulders. Thank you!
What's great about it: They thought of all the questions
What's not so great: none that I can see
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

This year was the first year we were able to include higher education costs. It was easy and self explanatory thus guided us through a potentially complicated addition to our normal return relatively effortlessly.

Missed items

For the last two years Turbo Tax will not download my w-2. My company said it is not a issue on there side. It also ask questions that it could have gotten on my last year taxes that were on file and it started off pull in.
Also the help part is not as good as before. Were is the phone number for support?

Easy as Pie

TurboTax makes completing and filing taxes a snap - anyone, even I, can complete relatively complex filings in an hour, with minimal effort and zero panic.
What's great about it: Easy - clear - an hour and done!
What's not so great: none

It was very easy to use from purchase to finish. Any dummy can use it, and I like that they check it over multiple times to catch things you may have missed to avoid an audit.
What's great about it: Each module gave helpful hints to help answer each question
What's not so great: It still doesn't give option to efile city taxes
