I misplaced my password and it was difficult to proceded because the directions were not clear that I needed a Upper, Lower case letter along with a simble

Fast and Easy

This is the fifth year I have done our taxes using Turbo Tax and it gets easier each year. We each have multiple sources of income and some unique retirement situations. Turbo Tax catches all the tax breaks we can get.
What's great about it: all my information is under MY care and not in some office full of strangers
What's not so great: None
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I have used turbo tax for many years . we usually do standard deduction and have no major complications to out taxes so for us it is perfect. It just took me 45 minutes to do my taxes.
What's great about it: quick, easy thorough
