I am a repeat customer and Turbo tax is great.

Please go back to Its deductible as part of the software not to be on the cloud.
What's great about it: great product
What's not so great: I don't like deductible being on the cloud. I would prefer using the software and saving it to my hard drive

Taxes Made Simple

I have been using TurboTax to do my taxes since the old DOS days.... I loved it then and still do to this day. There were some more complicated years before I retired that I used a Tax service. I still used TurboTax to facilitate getting my documents together and to verify the tax service's results. That made the session quick and efficient. I'm a dedicated fan.
What's great about it: Very easy and intuitive
What's not so great: Can't think of any

Issues with input

Glitches when I was completing the Federal Return. Asked for questions from my 2014 referenced a line J on State return...no line J exists on the State return.
Information on the donated vehicle did not save and had to input twice.
What's great about it: Easy
What's not so great: Glitches

Simple and easy!

I lacked confidence in preparing my own taxes, until a friend fully convenienced me that TURBO TAX will be the very best way to do it myself. And, I immediately bought and tried it and this is the second year I have saved hundreds of dollars. Thank you!!
What's great about it: I enjoyed the step by step assistance.
What's not so great: Nothing
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Will Use it again but think we should not be charged to e-file one state return.
What's great about it: Easy to use and good explanations on the confusing questions
What's not so great: For the first time in all the years I've used TurboTax this year I kept getting a daily message that the update failed

STATE FORM NOT FINAL, NO NOTICE UNTIL PRINTING

After trying to print the state return it says "DO NOT FILE FORM NOT FINAL" Turbo Tax sold a state form that was NOT FINAL and them said nothing about it until after all the information was entered in, and I tried to print it.. They should have a warning at the beginning of the state return that warns that the state of OHIO has not finalized the form yet and won't be until mid February. VERY POOR tax program for hiding the fact that the state form is unfinalized or incorrect until after all the information is entered in.
