Great, but some filing snags this year

TurboTax did its usual great job of leading me through the entire process. I've used it since 2002. However, this year when going through the e-filing process, it would not accept both returns at the same time. The support community assisted with an answer (file each return separately) and that solved the problem.
What's great about it: Easy to use, quick and thorough
What's not so great: Snags while e-filing the returns, but community provided a workaround
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Long time user of TurboTax and H&R Block preparer several years ago. Very thorough and easy to use even for fairly complex returns like mine.
What's great about it: Easier to use every year

Took 4 hours from start to finish. Questions were easy to understand. I use Quickent to compile expenses.
What's great about it: Easy walk through
What's not so great: Still some jargon

No fuss tax return!

Even with an accounting background, I use Turbo Tax every year because it is so easy and keeps up to date all the IRS changes. No surprises when you use this product. You can be confident that all the bases have been covered.
What's great about it: They walk you through each step!
What's not so great: Not one!
