Great tool

I am using Turbo Tax for more than 10 years and I have no doubt this is the way....
What's great about it: Easy , economic, reliable and safe way to prepare the tax return

Had problems paying for the efile state. I had problems signing in to my account and I restarted the process and then it went automaticly to my account and it was fine.

Got it Done

On areas when a person selects more help, then give the explanation, maybe a button for answers for dummies (lol) then have a button for live chat on each of the additional information withing the selection.
What's great about it: Easy to follow, helps you with selections
What's not so great: ?Governments make tax language hard to understand, may a translation into real people speak
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Every year I use Turbotax it becomes easier. It really asks all the right questions and makes sure you don't miss anything. Great tool!
What's great about it: Step by step guide of everything you need to consider.
What's not so great: The first time is the worst, but every year it gets a little easier.
