I've always done my own taxes and started using Turbo Tax seven years ago. I really like the step by step guides through each topic that reminds me of the types of income and deductions I'm eligible for.
What's great about it: Easy to Use with great help on specific topics

I have been using this software for years and it is a lot cheaper using this software, then paying some else to do it for you. Also the step by step guide is very helpful. I will be buying this software again next tax season.
What's great about it: Real easy to use.
What's not so great: I couldn't import my etax form to turbo tax.

have been using turbo taxes for several years and found that it is the best. Looked at those other free tax refund out on the internet and they do not compare to the ease of Turbo tax...
What's great about it: Turbo tax talks you through the whole process. Makes it easier to return to a section to correct any information .
What's not so great: really didn't find any cons

If you aren't familiar with what you are dealing with or not familiar with the terminology, you may have a problem at first. After the first year, you should be good to go. Easy program and I like the questions better on Turbo Tax than with other programs I have used.
What's great about it: The questions were right on spot and categorized everything effortlessly.
What's not so great: I found no problems with the product.
