I've use Turbo Tax to file my returns for over 15 years. It is just easy.
What's great about it: Simple and Fast
What's not so great: State eFile should be Free

Super Easy

First time filing taxes single instead of being listed as a dependent. I was surprised at how quickly I made it through the process. The questions were straight forward enough and anything that I was unsure of had easily accessible answers. Whenever I needed to make a correction the back button was always available, or I could have made edits later on at any of the several checkpoints throughout the program. Perhaps it gets more convoluted for people with a family or six figure+ income, but from the standpoint of a college grad in their first job out of college I don't think it could have been easier.

Turbo Tax is still the one

Have used Turbo Tax for several years and I will continue to use it. It is so easy, so complete - I feel I could have the most complicated tax situation and this program would be able to handle it.
What's great about it: Extremely user friendly, handy automatic renewal

i thought by putting the information for car repair . and then I se made a mistake because the car is done during 02/07/2016. so I couldn't undo the about information for car repair.

Quick & Easy filing of taxes

I always use the Deluxe version. It is quick and easy, and double checks everything. Love that I can e-file easily with it.

Still the best

Turbo Tax is the only tax software I've ever used...because it works so well I have no reason to change. However, you would think Intuit would offer a discount to a longtime repeat customer. Even a 10% coupon would be appreciated.
What's great about it: very easy to prepare tax returns
What's not so great: no discount for loyal customer ( over 10 years)

Easy and affordable! I stopped going to get my taxed prepared from a licensed professional and saved myself some money.
What's great about it: No wait line!
What's not so great: Time consuming
