Continue to use this product. It's easy to organize information, search and drill down for data. Each year you have made the product more user friendly.
What's great about it: Easy to use, data input flows in intuitive order

I have used Turbo Tax for years and have always felt comfortable that it is accurate - the first year I used it I also paid a tax accountant to do my taxes, the results were almost identical and I have used Turbo Tax since then.
Thank you a product that makes me feel secure with this task each year.
What's great about it: i like the step by step procedure - it is easy to use and thorough

I having been using Turbo Tax for years and I have never had any problems with the program or the IRS. It walks me through each step from my earnings through all my deductions. All I have to do is punch in my information and I'm done. I recommend it to everyone!

Tried and True Tax Prep

I have used Turbo Tax to prepare my tax returns for a number of years and have always found it to be easy and thorough even when I had rental income and had an independent practice that was larger than it is today. I needed to use a professional tax preparer only once when I sold my 2-family house where one part of the house was rental income. Turbo Tax hadn't helped me handle the depreciation of the rental property appropriately and a few of my returns needed to be adjusted. But now that my income situation is more straightforward, I've always found Turbo Tax to be very efficient and easy to use.
What's great about it: The detailed interview is very helpful in completing the tax return
What's not so great: Some of the questions can be a bit confusing

You need to have everything set up (all your income and deductions) ready to make things go quickly.

Some of the language was clear in the retirement investments areas. Very frustrating.
