I loved that this program was very user friendly. It's frustrating enough having to file taxes, but this made the process simple.

Endless Do Loop

The initial check of the SC state return did not find the issue. When I was ready to transmit, it did a final check and found an issue with SC 1040 line s. When you go into Turbo Tax, you cannot tell what question is SC 1040 line s. I tried the HELP link and that did not work. So, I had to go on line and search for a copy of SC1040 instructions to try to figure out what line s was referring to. I was finally able to track back and correct the issue. I found the question as presented in Turbo Tax created the issue, verses keeping me error free.
What's great about it: Almost everything was good….until…..
What's not so great: Endless Do loop with SC1040 line s; instead of entering "0" days, you have to leave blank.

Questionable charges

Charged my credit card for adding a second state, then deducted the same amount from my return for adding the second state.
What's great about it: Easy
What's not so great: Charged me twice for adding a second state.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved

Very easy to do your own taxes with Turbo Tax. I have been using it for years and it seems to easier each year!

Overall excellent program! Highly recommended.
What's great about it: Easy to use, walks you through everything
What's not so great: Section to amend a return did not have a back button after mistakenly choosing it. Resulted in inablility to e-file.

Turbo Tax continues to make filing taxes easy. Their navigation and support to help with each topic, from the simplest tax return to the most complex is packed with helpful information.
