Better every year

I've used TurboTax for many years. Loved it because my filing was similar from year to year. This year was a transition year with many life changes. My tax preparation took longer but TurboTax helped me to feel confident about my answers.
What's great about it: Copy and compare with last year's filing
What's not so great: TurboTax could ask about major changes (e.g., income change)
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I've been using turbo tax for years. i plan on continuing using it in the future.
What's great about it: walks you through everything with ease.
What's not so great: cost to e-file state is high.

Love Turbo Tax

I have used Turbo Tax for probably 5 years and I love how easy it is to walk through. Sometimes it makes you start over but the information is generally saved from last close. It goes through each field and gives the best filing or not if you choose. I would not choose to go to a rip off tax preparer that would charge 3 to 5 times what I paid for this program and allows my family members to use also!

Painless Tax Filing

This year I wasn't sure whether Turbo Tax was still the best option for us but after using the software I am more convinced that no one else even comes close to the accuracy, trust and simplicity of Turbo Tax. Keep up the great success! We all need it.
