What's great about it: Quick and easy to follow
What's not so great: No cons as long as you can keep the program cot down.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Had to call customer service because of email issues on my end. Tyler helped me out. Tyler was friendly and knowledgeable and had my problem corrected within five minutes. Thank you Tyler!

Great product I am always satisfied.
What's great about it: Being a multiple year user, it's been great to see the comparison from last year
What's not so great: Updates everytime I log on, even after I have filed which makes me worried I may have missed something or filed incorrec

What's not so great: What happened to the print capability for Word? Now I have to purchase the conversion application from Adobe.

I was apprehensive regarding showing a rollover IRA deposit but following the steps everything worked out perfectly
What's great about it: won't let you make a mistake if you follow all directions
What's not so great: nothing really

Overall on my new computer the process was must faster and very easy to understand. I enjoyed this year filing.
