Need PDF format

My internet connection went down while working on my taxes. After a day the internet is up, and I got the Desired PDF files. On next question, I have kids, but they are not living at home.
What's great about it: Turbo Tax asks lots of good questions
What's not so great: Trouble getting PDF file

Great, as always, but one little glitch

Tried the Online version up to filing, then opted to download TurboTax for Windows version. Through Help, was able to save my online work for use in downloaded program. However, I was unable to create a unified file that included my saved Online work with last year's saved data. After discussing with a live Help agent, opted to start a 2015 file from scratch. It's a minor point that cost me a couple hours. Otherwise, I've been a very satisfied TurboTax customer for nearly twenty years. Thanks!
What's great about it: Ease of use, flow of interactivity, clear instructions, good results
What's not so great: Transition from Online trial to Download reorder was clunky

I like all of the product features because of their completeness and ability to handle complex issues. I resent having to upgrade from Basic to Deluxe and found out later that stores were charging $15 less than what TurboTax charged me this past year using their subscription service. The formula for value is benefits divided by cost. Benefits are fine but cost is too high; hence, value is less than in previous years.
What's great about it: Completeness, Makes Complex Simple
What's not so great: Forced to Upgrade to Deluxe From Basic, Store Prices Cheaper Than What I Was Charged By TurboTax

Painless

For me filing a joint return, it was easier than years past with Turbo Tax. I.E it wasn't as trying and less stressful.

Easy to use

Very easy to use for all my needs including regular income, deductions, college expenses, mortgage deductions etc. Great fit for all my tax preparation needs. Easy step by step for both preliminary tax reporting for FSAFA and for submitting taxes when all required forms were received.
What's great about it: Easy to use for multiple returns
What's not so great: nothing

It works very well once you understand terminology. The biggest problem is getting all the information together and getting it sorted and in the right bins. At our age, we have lots of Doctor visits and medications. so keeping that located and available is a major effort.
What's great about it: Very straight forward, once you get hang of it.
What's not so great: Lots of effort needed to get records together
