Problems downloading

I had a difficult time downloading the program this year. I've never had problems in all the years I've used Turbo Tax. In looking at the other reviews - looks like a lot of people had the same problem. You don't seem to offer any support; just from other customers who've had problems.

Fastest filing in years!!

I've been using Turbo Tax for 20 years. It's by far the easiest tax software to use. Each year, Intuit makes it easier to use. I used the Deluxe version because I itemized deductions. It took me less than 2 hours to complete and file.
What's great about it: Easy to follow instructions and workflow; just zipped through taxes in 2 hours
What's not so great: Deluxe and Premium. Combine these two!

Glad to have itemized and kept all receipts from previous year. Great tip!

TurboTax experience for sight impaired

As a sight impaired person, I find TurboTax extremely difficult to navigate. Software does not lend itself at all to a computer screen mode maximized for increased accessibility for the sight impaired.
What's great about it: questions and guidance very helpful

User of TurboTax for years

I have used TurboTax for years. From being a single parent to getting married, through owning a business to not owning a business, and becoming a widow and it has been there for my questions every time.
What's great about it: waiting for updates some times slow

Great Product!

I've been using TurboTax for many years. It has never disappointed. Overall, my taxes are fairly simple; not a lot of weird exceptions that require extensive research. Even though I don't use many of the software's capabilities, it appears that it can handle most complex situations. If not, there is other support available. I will never use another product, so call me a customer for life!
What's great about it: Simple to download; easy to use; most questions are answered within the software.

Still the best

As a 20+ year user this continues to be the only way to do your taxes. with it's deductible you can easily keep track of your donations over the year cutting down your time doing your taxes. Keep up the great work, JR.
