Easy to use

Very detailed program, but easy to use. I have used it for 3 years not and will again.
What's great about it: Program remembers
What's not so great: Nothing at this time
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Major printing problems

Can't print the copy for my records. Get message that file converted to PDF so it can be edited. When I print a copy it comes out with improper page breaks, overlapping printing and poor alignment of information!
This is the third year with the same computer and printer. Copies from prior years ok but now if I want to print them same problems!!!

After an hour of effort -- Had to call representative to get a number in order to submit. Plus had to enter all kinds of information. Maybe necessary for security. But then could not send - had to call your rep, wait for representative -- lady was very helpful -- but ridiculous that had to go through steps necessary to send. Most disappointed as have been one of your most satisfied users. .
What's not so great: Unbelievable -- from a long long user

Turbo Tax Review -dls

This is a great product for doing taxes. It is limited in the sense that some of the obscure IRS tax forms are not included; namely, IRS Form 8621.
What's great about it: Easy to Use. Good method of gathering data.
What's not so great: Short on tax forms. I need the IRS Form 8621.

PRINTER PROBLEMS

As soon as the return is completed, Turbo Tax says "Print your return" However, no matter what you do, you can not print the return. I called up Turbo Tax and their representative was not able to solve this problem. This problem did not exist on previous years but it is a real nightmare now.
What's great about it: NONE
What's not so great: CAN'T PRINT
Pros: I bought or sold investments
