Great product. Have used it for over ten years. Highly recommend it to anyone. Never had a problem with the tax man.
What's great about it: Clear and easy to use.
What's not so great: Seemed like a long process, but that is the tax requirements.

Turbo Tax is very easy to use. It walks you through every step. If you feel the need for help there is plenty there to search within the Turbo Tax program. I highly recommend Turbo Tax!

TurboTax makes filing bearable

While my tax filing is rather straightforward I still appreciate the aid of TurboTax in completing the all too tedious task. Retention of prior year's information is especially useful. The one situation I found troublesome with the software was the difficulty I had in purchasing the state e-filing. I found it impossible to simply change credit card information within the filing routine and found it necessary sign on to TurboTax directly to change the default credit card.
What's great about it: Previous year's file retained
What's not so great: Purchasing state e-filing unnecessarily difficult

Great experience

I had an overall positive experience with TurboTax. As long as you have all your forms ready ahead of time, it should be relatively easy to use. If you have a learning or mental disability, I would suggest having someone without a disability to file taxes with you.
My federal tax refund was greatly reduced from last year. I am unsure why. It would be great if TurboTax would communicate changes in taxes from year to year.
What's great about it: Easy to understand
What's not so great: Unsure of changes from last year
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
