less of a headache

Cheaper than hiring a tax lawyer who ends up costing hundreds and saving you little.
What's great about it: Guides and asks questions regarding items you do not know about.
What's not so great: Answered everything truthfully, still said high audit risk.

Super Easy

Makes it simple to file, even when you itemize deductions. Saves all your info and automatically fills in in from one year to the next. Works great! :)
What's great about it: Step by step process could NOT be any easier!

Excellent product

I have been using TT for more that 16 years. I have found it to be easy to fit a variety of tax situations over the years from basic work & pay taxes to buying and selling investment property to now being retired and having a more simple need. I have always been able to figure out answers to questions from the info provided. An excellent product that I will continue to use.
What's great about it: Easy to use, able to look at the forms at any time, transferring info year to year
What's not so great: no complaints here

I have used Turbo tax for years and have been very satisfied with the software.
What's great about it: Could go through each question in detail, gave good examples
What's not so great: Hard to compare what taxes would be if I claimed a dependent or not.

Good tax preparation program

I have used Turbo Tax for over 10 years. I continue to use it for my family because it's easy, intuitive and their consistency year to year is nice to have.
This year, since I had 5 errors detected in the Review process, yielded only a minor discrepancy from me. The displayed errors do not provide a link to the entry point of that error, which I would think is easy to provide--the creators just may have overlooked this feature.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: Detected errors will not provide a jump back to the entry field of that error
