hard to navigate

On many windows, the "continue" button is located at the bottom of the screen. This can only be reached by using tab button on computer. I have to push tab button for each entry box on the screen - very tedious. The scroll bar at right side of screen doesn't appear in many cases.
What's great about it: thorough with federal and state requirements
What's not so great: windows hard to navigate with tab button

Needs improvement

Hard to get back to questions after you have gone through return. Didn't ask if I want any part of refund applied to next year. E filing for state cost is crazy. Doesn't give you next year planning tool. Product can be better

I have used turbo tax for many many years and have always have good results, exactly when I wanted them. Accurate, easy to do.
What's great about it: Guick, easy, don't have to be an expert.
What's not so great: Had a little difficulty finding the info I wanted on one item, but did find it

I use Turbo Tax every year because of its ease. All you have to do is plug in the numbers. I will always use Tax Turbo.

Overall Easy to Do

This is easy software to use and I liked having the additional security features during the e-file process.
I believe the Healthcare options should be updated to include individuals who selected a private health care plan but do not typically receive a 1095-A form from the insurance provider.

Easiest Filing I Have Done

This took away the stress of filing that comes each year. It made is simple by asking the questions and letting me just answer them.
Carrying over the information from last year also made it quicker.
What's great about it: The method of filing the charitable donations was simple
