I have used this for many years and keep coming back because it was easy to get familiar with and only changes for the better.
What's great about it: Lets me go where I want to go.

I love Turbo Tax and will continue to use it whenever I need to file. Even my boyfriend is Impressed, He said next year he'll be using Turbo Tax as well

NO printing of forms

What's not so great: Not much good for records if you cant print them

I have been using TT since '99! I have used the deluxe version and have never had an issue with filing.
What's great about it: Simple and fast transfer of info throughout
What's not so great: Bottom of page buttons get lost until I scroll up
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Great way to do taxes

I have used this product for several years and it really makes the process fast and easy. You can be sure you have provided complete documentation to the IRS and that the math is correct. Also, any changes made after the initial entries will automatically correct the entire return.

What's great about it: Easy to use, audit support, help sections
What's not so great: None
