Love the program......

The only problem I have is the having to create a new account every year even though I have my user ID and password wrote down from the year before. It never works. It just takes longer to file by having to redo everything every year.
The program itself is great. We have never had problems with it. Easy to use. We have used this for many years now.

Quick & Easy!

TurboTax continues to improve upon its interface. The layout and questions are easy to follow, and as long as you have everything you need ahead of time (W2, interest documents, student loan interest, etc...) you should be able to complete the process easily and efficiently without much issue. HIGHLY recommend this product!!

Love TurboTax

I've been using TurboTax for years and it is so easy to use. I seem to forget something every year but TT reminds me so I don't forget anything. I have recommended TT over and over again.

Fast and Easy

I have used Turbo Tax for many years. Each year it gets easier. I am a happy customer who will continue to use this product. The IRS is so smart for allowing private enterprise to create a product that is more efficient than pen and paper. The old forms killed me and basically took an entire weekend to complete. Thank you Intuit for software that has saved me time and heartache. I actually enjoy the tax preparation process now.

I was a bit apprehensive to start our return because we had some inherited income that I thought would make the return complicated for me. But with my paperwork in hand, I started the process and it was so easy that I was done in about an hour. The prompts helped me understand what I was doing and I felt totally comfortable using Turbotax. Thank you Turbotax
