Simple and Quick

Have used this product now for 6 yrs and have never had any issues at all.Everything has always been done correct and have never been wrong on any returns.The process is so easy and simple to understand.I would endorse this product to any and all for the good features it has to offer.
What's great about it: Easy to use with no problems.
What's not so great: Nothing to dislike at all.

I've been using this product for the last 6 years. It makes tax time less stressful and very easy. After gathering my documents and needed information, I'm able to complete my taxes in minutes.

Great Tax Prep Software

I completed 4 Federal and State tax returns for myself and my three kids in under three hours. Makes life a lot easier.. Great Product I highly recommend it to everyone.
What's great about it: Did 4 returns in 3 hours
What's not so great: Print function hard to understand
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Detailed RMD lacking for first time recipients

The info provided by TurboTax regarding taking 1st year RMDs in the 2nd year was non-existent. I had to do external searching to feel comfortable in knowing that no RMD reporting was necessary till 'next' year.
A niche question , I know, but disappointing because TT is usually very good at going down the rabbit hole and coming back up with a feeling of confidence that the right choices are being made.

Quick and Easy

I've been using Turbo Tax for years. It's very easy to use. I had my Federal and State taxes completed in an hour. I like that Turbo Tax takes care of the updates for me I just wish their online prices were more competitive with the prices in the stores.
What's great about it: Easy to understand, quick to complete
What's not so great: Can purchase in stores for cheaper than online

Costs too much for too little

This product is way over priced for what it offers and they up charge the states too much.
What's great about it: Makes Doing Taxes Easy, Mac OS X version available
What's not so great: Too Expensive - nickel and dimes you for state returns
