EXCELLENT. HAVE USED THIS PROCESS FOR YEARS AND IT IS ALWAYS RIGHT ON THE MONEY. CHECKS AND RE-CHECKS SO THAT I ALWAYS GET THE MAXIMUM REFUND. IT IS EASY TO USE, LOADS QUICKLY AND IT UPDATES EACH TIME IT IS USED TO HAVE EXACTLY THE RIGHT FORMS AND TAX INFORMATION NEEDED TO FILE MY TAXES!

TurboTax User for a Long Time

Overall I like TurboTax. There are a couple places where they could improve the wording to clarify exactly what is wanted. I usually need to do a little research to figure out exactly what is needed. But overall it works well and I am pleased.
What's great about it: Generally very through and easy to use.
What's not so great: Once in a while it's not exactly clear what info is needed.

Still Simple

I appreciate the simplistic nature of the software. As a regular taxpayer that does not own any complicated ventures, the deluxe software package worked great for completing my 2015 taxes.
What's great about it: Ease of use and great prompts
What's not so great: No obvious issues

I've used turbo tax for several years. It has helped through all my life events, It makes taxes as easy as they can be.
What's great about it: Easy to use, provides explanations for all topics, easy to compare itemized and standard
What's not so great: we don't really have any.

Where did the free state e-file go?

For years I have purchased the TurboTax Deluxe and done both my federal and state taxes. I have always been able to e-file one state tax return for free. This year, that was not an option.
What's great about it: I still like being able to do federal and state returns at one time with one software package.
What's not so great: I didn't realize one free state tax e-file was no longer included.

Taxes Made Easy

TurboTax is user-friendly and the e-filing is very fast. I like using TurboTax and I have a son in college-- no problem with this software!
