Dissappointed

Used TT for many years. This year it was very poor.
What's great about it: None this year
What's not so great: Didn't transfer all the info. Didn't take me through process completely. Many other dissapointments.

Easy as Could Be

Once again, TurboTax made filing my federal income taxes a breeze. The program walks you through every step and helps by clarifying what various things mean as you're trying to complete the data.
The only thing I didn't like was that, even if a section didn't apply to me, I still had to look at it. I can't think of a more effective way to do it, but it slowed down the process.

What's great about it: Clear guidance walked me through everything.

Don't Forget to SAVE

LOVE Turbo Tax and will always recommend it!!! So easy to complete a detailed and accurate return! BUT....I went to print out forms before electronically submitting, and clicked the X to get out of the forms section (no Back button), and I LOST EVERYTHING!!! I had to do it ALL again! Crazy! In the past, I thought it was saving after every section! It saved nothing!!! If it wasn't going to save, why wasn't there a clear SAVE button on the top somewhere??? Why!!!??? The save is under the File menu, which is easy to find, but if it wasn't saving right along, I should have been alerted!
What's great about it: Easy to answer questions to complete your tax return
What's not so great: No SAVE button!!!

Totally Dependable

I use Turbo Tax every year. I can depend on Turbo Tax being easy to follow. Turbo Tax shows me how to get the most out of my income tax return. Turbo Tax corrects me when I'm wrong. I am confident that the information I get from Turbo Tax is right!
What's great about it: Easy to follow
What's not so great: cost is a little high

I love using Turbo Tax. It is easy to use and understand. Walks you through each and every step along the way. The links for Learn More are great also if you are not sure what something is. Love the product
