Quick and easy

Overall, best software I've ever used, and actually faster and easier than paying someone to do it! My only gripe is that I have some oddball forms, and I wish that it was easier to just search out my form type (e.g. 1098-E# and fill it out. But aside from that #very) minor gripe, this is a fantastic product that I'll continue to use in the future.
What's great about it: Fast, Easy, thorough
What's not so great: Wish it was easier to manually enter forms

Love my Turbo Tax!

Every year it gets easier and easier to do my taxes on my own. From automatically downloading my W2 from most of my employers to the easy to understand questions been asked Turbo Tax has become the best tax software on the market.
What's great about it: Ease of use. Its so easy to use a cave man can file their taxes with no problems
What's not so great: Not applicable. I have never had an issue using this product.

It's a dependable tax filing software, but buggy.
What's great about it: Easy to use, reliable.
What's not so great: There were some shady installation files during setup, a couple of the menus had error message.

YAY, taxes are DONE!

I've used Turbo Tax the last 3 years. It's fairly fast and easy to use. I have a few special circumstances that I was able to easily find help with
What's great about it: Easy to use with helpful hints.
What's not so great: I got lost in some of the tax lingo

Not as happy as last year

Turbotax has always allowed me to print my return for the state and send it myself. This year, it is not allowing me to put in the information without paying for it. This is not a good change.
What's great about it: Still explains in detail to get all deductions and credit
What's not so great: Will not file the state return without entering credit card information and I always send those in by mail.
