EASY TO USE

I HAVE USED TURBO TAX FOR YEARS AND IT JUST KEEPS GETTING BETTER.
What's great about it: IF YOU USED TURBO TAX LAST YEAR, IT WILL BE EASIER THIS YEAR
What's not so great: THERE ARE STILL SOME WHERE YOU COULD BE CONFUSED BY TERMINOLOGY.

Best Ever

I have used Turbo Tax Every year since it was available except one - I used a competitor's software and came back to Turbo Tax the next year. Turbo Tax is direct, easy to understand, you can back track if you miss something, it covers many of the "unusual" situations and I love the "its deductible" helper. Thank you for taking the fear and nightmares out of tax preparation. With your reviews, I am assured of an accurate filing every time!
What's great about it: no guessing needed
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

as pleasent as taxes can be

all in all turbo tax is a pleasant program to use. it picks up info from last year to make the filling in process easier, has help icons if you get stuck, and asks a bunch of critical questions for deductions that i wouldn't have thought of. There was an irritation of the amount of child tax credit from last year to this with my g/f. but i think that has more to do with her income and the state rather than turbo tax. i intend on using them next year.
What's great about it: fairly detailed, easy to use.

What's great about it: easy, safe, complete
What's not so great: (never found one)

Intend to stay with Turbo Tax Only time I had trouble I used online filing and next year there was no record of what I had done.
What's great about it: Some questions on the difference between 401 k retiremnet funds and payments from CSRS Federal Retirement--Regular distr
