In spite of the TV commercials, it's great and easy to use. My 7th year with TT, will continue.
What's great about it: Easy to use, accurate, a snap to file
What's not so great: None noted

Doesn't get any better than TURBOTAX

I am 71 yrs old and have used only TURBOTAX since it was on several 3 1/2 inch disc -- TURBOTAX has always given me 100% satisfaction -- Simple to use, fast processing of my information and an answer to every question I can think of -- It is like having my own personal Tax Consultant sitting next to me -- THANK YOU TURBOTAX for NEVER letting me down.. Love Ya !!!!
What's great about it: I have used TURBOTAX all my Life - None other could even come CLOSE to the SATISFACTION I get from using TURBOTAX !!!!!
What's not so great: Doesn't come with COFFEE - I have to make my own !!!!

Product is getting better buy some additional field level information would be helpful. Some of the tax lingo is difficult to comprehend.
What's great about it: Links to more detailed informaton. Examples.
What's not so great: Better decision workflows would be helpful.

putting in the proper info is the key? if you don't know what that info is you are In a bad shape, you have to put forth the time to seat down and relax clear your mind and then you might under stand the questions better don't get confused it will come to you
What's great about it: as long as you are a past coustomer it's easy
What's not so great: first time user it's not so much

taxes for dummies

Disciplined program. Structured so that I could check and verify and move forward with confidence. I feel that I submitted, a squeaky clean returns. However not skipping, any legal deduction.
