Continued use over the years

I've used Turbo Tax for several years. I find it to be both easy to use and understand. Although my taxes are becoming easier each year, I remain loyal to this product.
What's great about it: Easy to use with clear instructions regardless of how difficult your taxes are for the year.
What's not so great: I retained residency in my home state but lived as a missionary in another. Problem!
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Quick Refund

As repeat Turbo tax customers a majority of our info transferred over from last years tax filing. It made it easy and super quick to file. I appreciate that the software is thorough without being obnoxious. Free federal e-filing rocks. We file state by snail-mail to save the $20.
What's great about it: Quick and easy to understand
What's not so great: Pay for state filing

If I would have known what the standard deductions were ahead of time, I would not have spent any time on itemizing.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: Should show what short cuts you can take.

Taxes made Easy MN

I have used Turbo Tax a number of times and used a different software 2 times. Came back to Turbo Tax because it is easier to follow. We itemize deductions but don't have anything unusual or complicated.
What's great about it: Easy to follow instructions and is updated with latest law changes
What's not so great: Has to ask a number of things that don't apply. Would be nice to skip more of those.
