I have timely filed

TT is consistent from year to year in its look and appearance. For something that I do only once a year it is good that it feels familiar. I never know what form I am working on until the end. That info needs to be in a heading on each page or worksheet. I would also like to see it getting more info from my Quicken. Speaking of Quicken, I have had issues with it wanting a password before it will open a file and even though I give the correct password, it fails to open.
What's great about it: consistent year-to-year
What's not so great: Don't know what form I am working on

2015 Return

What's great about it: The CD program covered all aspects of my return, which made it easier to complete.
What's not so great: I found it very confusing as to how to print a previous return or amend my current return once it was complete.

Love, love, love TurboTax!!!! So comprehensive, straightforward--makes doing taxes easy. If only TurboTax would come to my house and stand over me til I START my taxes!!!!

Very good system. I have used it for a number of years and will continue to do so as long as the system remains easy, intuitive, and simple to use.
What's great about it: The easy, simple process.
What's not so great: The October 15, 2015 deadline to e-file.

Overall I'm happy with Turbo Tax. Hopefully I won't have anymore issues with identity theft. The government has even encountered it!
What's great about it: I can do myself, its less expensive & I don't have to leave my home.
What's not so great: Better protection against identity theft, I was a victim with your company 2014.

Great Software!

What's great about it: Nearly fully automated, just need to enter info.
What's not so great: Knowing what you qualify for can be difficult to decipher sometimes.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
