Simple, quick, and easy

I have been using Turbo Tax for 3 years after doing my taxes manually since 1970. It certainly makes life easier, no transposed numbers, maintaining year over year history of filings. Thank you TurboTax!

Turbo Tax is an effective and easy to use product that walks users of all levels through an easy to follow, step by step process. It's great!

Overall satisfied but should be a better product if the management actually read and acted on the responses in the reviews.
What's great about it: Generally easy
What's not so great: Even slightly out of ordinary questions seem to stump software and phone responders.

Cheapest Tax Prep Ever!

I absolutely love TurboTax. I've relied on it for over a decade for preparing my return and returns for my immediate family. I'm an accountant but not a CPA, however I feel perfectly comfortable with the accuracy of our tax returns thanks for this product's thorough and complete step-by-step process.
What's great about it: Easy to Use...Intuitive!
What's not so great: None, really.

I don't E-file I mail and this year and last year the printed copies of the State return have DO NOT FILE FORM NOT FINAL all over it I don't know what isn't final about the form have completed all the steps ...would like this fixed...or better instructions to correct this the cover letter say's that returns are included...???
