Just Amazed

If you let it, it takes you step by step. Have all documents ready. City Tax form for your home, Mortgage tax form or the page 2 from that mortgage booklet, property taxes on vehicles, mobile homes and stuff, W-2, 1095 and so forth. Have them all ready and it be very easy. Paid for schools, have that info as well.
It takes you step by step, unless you're a pro yourself. Use the step by step. The only part I wished it could improve on is Unemployment expenses that you had to make. Cost for ink, paper, gas to the Job Center and so forth.
What's great about it: It listed plenty of deductions that I didn't know I could do.
What's not so great: I wished it listed Unemployment Expenses bit easier

What's great about it: Easy to use, thorough in review

Donations

Also, it would be better if you asked for the address of the places I donated more than $500 to at the time you ask for the donation amount instead of having to go back and forth after all donations are entered. I would appreciate it if all addresses could be saved so that the following years it would be easier to enter and faster!!

2015 easier to navigate around!

The only con was in getting ready to eFile, review and print my returns. After I selected what I wanted to print, it gave me the option of saving as PDF, reviewing what I was about to print or cancel. There wasn't an option to just print. This was confusing to me so I just muddled around a bit until I got where I wanted to be.
What's great about it: Much easier to understand and find answers to my questions.
What's not so great: A little confusing when it came to printing/saving choices

Excellent Tax Software

I felt secure that Turbo Tax had covered every topic thoroughly and that my return was completed accurately, I liked all of the helps along the way as well as the explanations offered for each entry. I have used Turbo tax for many years and haven't been audited, yet. I suspect that their reputation is well received at the IRS.
What's great about it: Detailed instructions and user friendly
What's not so great: I can't think of anything that I didn't like
