I like it

I like the program and to layout. I do wish there was an INTERNAL upgrade mechanism within TT. I do not like having to go buy a new copy from the store. Wish the TT (previous) year program version could be opened and an UPGRADE ($$) to CURRENT YEAR was available.
What's great about it: Good order and pretty good definitions of choices.
What's not so great: Wish going back to a specific section was easier.

Best Software Available

TurboTax is the BEST tax preparation software available. Have been using it from the first year that it was available, and each year it gets better (and easier). Easily imports prior year information, which saves a lot of time and frustration. Next best thing to being married to a tax accountant (and probably a lot cheaper!)
What's great about it: Easy to Use; thorough, accurate

It was okay and easy to understand, but I didn't really like the extra fee to process my State return. It seemed to just pop out of no where and to charge me additional for wanting to take it out of my refund. It's kind of like what is the point of purchasing the software where I can just put myself out of the extra cost by doing it online for "free" (so they claim).
What's great about it: Easy to navigate
What's not so great: Unexpected fees
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

It is absolutely ridiculous that the online version doesn't transfer prior year information to downloaded copies.
What's great about it: Got a refund
What's not so great: Total pain to submit

Couldn't be Easier

My computer crashed in 2015 so I couldn't retrieve my 2014

What's not so great: If your computer crashes wish there was a way to access previous year's return.
