Very understandable

This year's filing was more difficult than usual. I found that Turbo Tax guided me through retiring, real estate sale and purchase of a new home with relative ease. I am impressed.
What's great about it: Turbo Tax guided me through a rather complicated tax year.
What's not so great: A bit of an issue with the State filing.

Reasonably Good

I am a CPA and I've always done my returns on professional software (ProSystems and UltraTax). This was my first year using Turbo Tax. I have to say I was reasonably surprised by how thorough yet easy the process was. It's a very good product for the price. That said, it is probably a good idea to have someone financially inclined to take a glance at it if you are not familiar with the tax forms.
My only complaint is that there is no tool to analyze the total tax impact of married-filing-jointly versus married-filing-separately. At least I could not find a feature that did it. Overall though, I'd recommend the product.
What's great about it: Intuitive, plenty of resources
What's not so great: No MFS analysis (that I could find)

I have been using Turbo Tax for over 20 years. The program is easy to use and improves every year.
I also enjoy being able to help my family members or friends with the additional free e-filings

Turbo Tax is very user friendly and will get you through the most common tax issues easily and quickly
What's great about it: easy load of last years data
What's not so great: Editing sections takes you back through all details of the section instead of just correcting a typo

Easy to use

I was directed over and over again to do my taxes online. I had to re-google "download purchase" to direct me to the page to have the program downloaded to my PC. Otherwise I would had given this a 5 star.
What's great about it: Simple to use
What's not so great: Was difficult to find the "download purchase" area.

2015 Turbo Tax Review

I've been a turbo tax user and have tried H & R but came back to TT. It would like to be able to see 3-5 years past tax years as you complete the current years taxes.
What's great about it: Very easy to use by answering questions. Also like comparing pervious years returns.
What's not so great: Difficulty accessing the side bar while not in full view!
