Very User Friendly

I have found this years Turbo Tax to be as user friendly as previous years. I do miss the comparison feature of my return to others with similar income.
What's great about it: Simplicity
What's not so great: Missing the individual comparison with your return to others with similar income.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

2015 tax

irs pin request didn't allow me to enter my info. i had to call. might be a browser issue. i am mac. overall painless experience. thanks
What's great about it: Easy, Quick, Understandable
What's not so great: itsdeductible didn't have regular cabinets, cooktop, area rug should include size. i donated a 900. rug and only got $9

Still love, but...

I have used TT for years and love it.. The only problem this year is one of the forms is calculating incorrectly, no fix from TT yet.
What's great about it: Fast, efficient, simple to use

Much better for 2015

Last year I had all sorts of issues with the application crashing and had to do the process 3 times. My PC was not crashing. It was the program. I seriously considered not re-ordering but I've been using TurboTax more years than I can count and decided to try again. This year was seamless. My taxes are not super complicated but what exceptions I do have TurboTax made easy. The application never even hiccuped and I was done in record time because I had all the info I needed before I started.
Even if you think there are no changes from your previous filing, still let it walk you through. I discovered something that I missed last year that might get me a little more money back so it's worth the time even if most things will not apply.
What's great about it: Fast, easy
What's not so great: Really none this year

Great Product

I have been using turbo tax for several years now. I have had years where I bought a home, sold a home, moved states and even closed out pension plans...all in the same year! Despite all these events, turbo tax was able to fill out the correct forms accurately. I would recommend this to almost anyone!
What's great about it: Easy to use, up to date documents
What's not so great: None really

Easy and fast

Turbo Tax is easy to use just follow the instructions/questions.
My only problem is with the so called "free" state tax filing, I always had to pay if you file electronig? Why?

I love Turbo Tax! Used this program for years. So easy to use and they do look for MAX refund!
What's great about it: Easy!!!!
