Turbo Tax Is The Way to Go!!

We will definitely do Turbo Tax next year. This year was our first time and we really liked it.
What's great about it: Easy, convenient & less expensive than tax preparers

It is easier to use Turbo Tax than to do it yourself, and it always maximizes our tax return.
What's great about it: It is still easy and maximizes the return.
What's not so great: It costs more to pay state e-file with refund than it does to pay with credit card.

NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE

I had to reinstall this program several times because it kept adding unnecessary information that was virtually impossible to delete. It took me over six hours to complete and file my tax returns this year. The program was very cumbersome.
What's great about it: None
What's not so great: Program Not User-Friendly this year!

I've been using turbo tax for 8 years. It's the only tax program I ever needed.
What's great about it: Very easy to use
What's not so great: Finding a con will take me a while.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
