Easy to follow

I've used TurboTax for years and this was one of the best years yet. The guidance was straightforward, the calculations were done quickly and the filing process was a snap. Definitely will be returning next year.
What's great about it: Guidance is excellent
What's not so great: Some updates came late in January
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

What's great about it: Short and more detailed review options make filing easy. E-filing option is amazingly quick and easy.
What's not so great: None!

I like the convenience of being at home while I drag out all my
information. The directions are easy to follow and I don't make many mistakes. Everything is there when you go to file.. Good product Thank you

What's great about it: everything is covered, most is easy to understand

Very frustrating - I pulled up where I go to corrrect my AGI and it doesn't work. You should have a phone number.

The process was very simple and the deductions walk through made life easy. I got done with everything in just a couple of hours in the afternoon.

I've used TurboTax now for about 12 years and have never had a problem or trouble using it. The step-by-step navigation is easy to use and very easy to ask questions or review. I would recommend Turbo Tax to anyone.
