easy peasy

I have used this program for several years. It is very easy and pretty self-explanatory. The great part is that it populates info from the previous year so you only have to enter new info and new amounts.
What's great about it: step by step with explanations and links for further information
What's not so great: the only con is that you have to file taxes at all

I have used TurboTax for years with no problems. ( Every since it was on floppy disc) Simpler to use every year. Great product.

Great Software!

I've used TurboTax for several years and it makes filing so easy. Ours is a fairly simple return, but even so i do appreciate the guidance, the automatic calculations, and especially the e-filing.
What's great about it: Easy to follow guidelines

Not enough time to retrieve a 6 digit verification number from email and enter before number expired. Must have tried 6 times before I could get into my account and finish.
What's not so great: Problems with finishing by entering my account with you folks. Wouldn't give me enough time to get verifiying 6 digit

So User Friendly

I have been using Turbo Tax for about 5 years and each successive year has become more user friendly and helpful. I trust it and my refunds have been above my expectations!
What's great about it: Loved the state return efficient process-saved much work and calculated it within2 minutes!
What's not so great: Some help notes could have given more explanation
