TurboTax is very helpful especially for someone retired and not necessarily computer literate. I have used Quicken since it started and started using TurboTax three years ago to save the cost of a tax specialist.
What's great about it: Very comprehensive program
What's not so great: Does not pull up personal info from previous year

Loved 2015 Turbo Tax Deluxe!

I love Turbo Tax and have used this program for 30 years. Its amazing to see each year's streamlined improvements. Thanks so much!
What's great about it: Much more streamlined this year and very user friendly.
What's not so great: Too many "Safety" requirements to file. One would surfice.

Easiest Tax Return Yet

This is my first year in filing a short form. In previous years I had a small business and filed as such. This went very quickly and smoothly. Very pleased except of course for owing taxes.
What's great about it: After I had collected all of the information, filling in the return was a walk in the park
What's not so great: I had to pay taxes
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I have used Turbo Tax Deluxe for years. I am very happy with it. They answer all of my questions and make it a low stress process.

Easy and Helpful

Have used Turbo Tax since 2006 and have been very satisfied. It easy to work through and helps keep things organized. Have also Quick Books and Quicken and are satisfied with both products.
What's great about it: Very easy to navigate
What's not so great: None that I can think of.
