Took my money but would not E-file

For state filing, you have to submit your credit card information and the charge goes onto to credit card account, then you run a check to find that you can't e-file the state but have to print and mail it in. Therefore, they take your money but you don't get to e-file. DO THE CHECK FIRST turbotax and if it can be e-filed, then take the money. Now I have to wait an hour to get to a rep to have the pending charge removed from my card.
What's great about it: easy to use
What's not so great: Some things done in the wrong sequence.

What's great about it: For the taxes, very easy to follow; download of personal inforation from last year a MAJOR plus!!!
What's not so great: Had trouble paying for an additional state. Kept throwing me out. Lost about 20 minutes.

I have been using TurboTax for over 10 years The only problem I have had with it is the price keeps going up..

I fond this year program was my user friendly than previous years. I have been using Turbo Tax now for 15 years. This year is the best. Can't wait to see how you guys improve it next year.
What's great about it: the help boxes was great
What's not so great: did not like the 5 questions.
