Problems This Year

I have used TurboTax for several years now and generally love it. It is easy to complete, fills in data from previous year, and is easy to check new deductions and new tax codes. Unfortunately this year I had trouble e-filing and it took 3 days, numerous calls and emails to get it resolved.
What's great about it: Quick forms completion, easy access to information & tax codes
What's not so great: Problems with e-file and resolution

Every year our return gets easier & the best part is auto import of previous years information. Highly recommend for anyone who wants to rely on professional tax advice.
