What's not so great: Took way too long for payment step to process...took over 1 hour 30 minutes just payment process.

The Turbo Tax software allows a non tax professional to prepare their own return quickly, easily and with minimal possibility for errors.
What's great about it: Software is very user friendly and walks through the process completely.
What's not so great: Some redundancy.

Should be able to override non financial categories to input needed information.
What's not so great: For state refunds on forms to be mailed, account info is not populated on forms to the state agency.

Great Tax Software

I've been using turbo tax for so long I can't remember when I started. Before, when I used to fill out the forms, it took all day to do our taxes. Now, years later and with more complicated taxes, I just did them in 3 hours, and that includes filing.
What's great about it: Nothing could be easier
What's not so great: Can't think of any
